Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all competitions, prize draws, and promotional campaigns (“Competitions”) operated by Hun Competitions Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By entering any Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The promoter of all Competitions is Hun Competitions Ltd (company number 17133735) of [REGISTERED ADDRESS].
Hun Competitions Ltd operates competitions in accordance with UK law. All Competitions are structured to comply with the Gambling Act 2005 and are classified as prize competitions.
2. Eligibility
To enter any Competition, you must:
- Be aged 18 or over
- Be a resident of Great Britain
- Provide accurate and complete personal information
- Hold a valid form of identification (which may be requested)
We reserve the right to:
- Verify your identity at any time
- Refuse entry or withdraw eligibility where required
Only one account is permitted per person. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended or permanently closed without notice.
3. How to Enter
3.1 Paid Entry
To enter via the online method:
- Select your Competition
- Choose your number of entries
- Complete checkout and payment
- Receive confirmation of your entry
Your entry is only valid once payment has been successfully processed.
3.2 Free Entry Route
You may enter any Competition for free via post.
To do so, you must:
- Create a free account on the Hun Competitions Ltd platform

Send a postcard including:
- Full name
- Address
- Date of birth
- Email address (linked to your Hun Competitions Ltd account)
- Contact telephone number
- The name of the Competition
Additional conditions:
- One entry per person per Competition
- Each entry must be sent separately
- Entries must arrive before the Competition closing date
- Bulk or hand-delivered entries will not be accepted
All valid postal entries will be given equal weighting and equal chance of winning as paid entries.
Some Competitions may require entrants to answer a question or solve a problem. This requirement ensures that the Competition qualifies as a prize competition under applicable law.
Where such a requirement applies, an entry will only be valid if the correct answer is submitted.
4. Competition Formats
Hun Competitions Ltd may operate a range of competition formats, including:
- Draw-based competitions - where winners are selected at random after the Competition closes
- Instant win competitions - where outcomes are revealed immediately upon entry
Each valid entry has an equal chance of being allocated a winning outcome once that outcome is available.
All allocation processes are conducted using secure, randomised systems to ensure fairness.

5. Entry Limits & Availability
- The maximum number of entries per Competition will be displayed
- Entry limits per person may apply
- Competitions may sell out before the stated closing date
Once the maximum number of entries is reached, the Competition may close early.
6. Closing Dates & Changes
Each Competition will have a clearly stated closing date and time.
In exceptional or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to:
- extend a Competition
- amend the closing date
- make necessary adjustments to ensure the fair operation of the Competition
Such circumstances may include (but are not limited to):
- technical issues
- operational disruptions
- fraud prevention measures
- events outside of our reasonable control
We will never amend a Competition purely to influence outcomes or extend entry sales unfairly.
Any changes will be clearly communicated via the platform.
7. Winner Selection
Winners are selected using a secure and verifiable random selection process.
Where applicable, Hun Competitions Ltd utilises Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure all outcomes are:
- random
- unbiased
- independently generated
All valid entries (including paid and free entries) have equal odds of winning.
The selection process is final and binding.
Hun Competitions Ltd may publish or record draw processes for transparency.
Hun Competitions Ltd must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award has taken place. To comply with this obligation, Hun Competitions Ltd may publish the winner’s first name, surname and general location.
If a winner objects to any or all of this information being published or made available, they must notify Hun Competitions Ltd prior to the closing date. In such circumstances, Hun Competitions Ltd may still provide the information to relevant regulatory authorities if required.
8. Winner Notification & Verification
Winners will be contacted using the details provided.
Before awarding any prize, we may require:
- Proof of identity
- Proof of address
- Verification of eligibility
Failure to provide the required information may result in disqualification and a redraw.
9. Prizes
- Prize details will be clearly stated on each Competition page
- We do not guarantee resale or cash equivalent value unless explicitly stated
- Prizes are non-transferable unless agreed
Where a prize becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value.
10. Prize Fulfilment
We aim to fulfil prizes within a reasonable timeframe following winner verification. Where a prize is not successfully claimed or fulfilled, Hun Competitions Ltd reserves the right to reallocate the prize or select an alternative winner.
10.1 Physical Prizes
For physical prizes requiring delivery, winners must respond to our initial contact and provide all required delivery details (including the address and any requested information) within 31 days of notification.
If a winner fails to respond within this period:
- we reserve the right to withdraw the prize
- select an alternative winner
- or make a reasonable decision regarding fulfilment at our discretion
We will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner using the details provided.
10.2 Cash & Digital Prizes
For cash prizes, vouchers, or other digital rewards:
- winners must provide any required verification details promptly
- once verified, prizes will be issued to the nominated account or method provided
Voucher Prizes
Where a prize is issued in the form of a voucher or digital code:
- the voucher will be sent to the email address associated with the winning account
- it is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure their email address is accurate and accessible
- entrants are responsible for checking spam, junk or filtered inboxes
Once a voucher or digital code has been issued:
- it will be considered delivered
- no replacements or reissues will be provided, except in cases where we determine, at our sole discretion, that an error has occurred on our part
10.3 General Fulfilment
Delays may occur due to:
- third-party suppliers
- availability issues
- logistics or delivery constraints
Hun Competitions Ltd is not liable for delays outside of its control.
11. Payments & Refunds
All paid entries are final and non-refundable.
A refund will only be issued in the following circumstances:
- where a Competition is cancelled by Hun Competitions Ltd
- where a duplicate payment has been successfully processed due to a verified technical error
- where payment has been taken, but a valid entry has not been allocated due to a verified system failure
Refunds will not be issued for:
- unsuccessful entries
- change of mind
- misunderstanding of the Competition or prize
- failure to check Competition details prior to entry
- failure to complete the entry process correctly
It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that:
- all details submitted are correct
- payment has been successfully completed
- confirmation of entry has been received
Hun Competitions Ltd reserves the right to investigate all refund requests and may request supporting information before issuing any refund.
12. Account & Security
You agree to:
- Keep your account details secure
- Use your own payment methods
- Not engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Cancel entries
- Withhold prizes
Where misuse, fraud, or breach of Terms is suspected.
13. Fraud, AML & Fair Use
To maintain a fair and secure platform, Hun Competitions Ltd may:
- Verify user identity (KYC checks)
- Monitor transactions for suspicious activity
- Restrict or block accounts where necessary
We do not permit:
- Multiple accounts per individual
- Use of false identities
- Payment fraud or chargeback abuse
Any such activity may result in:
- Immediate account termination
- Forfeiture of winnings
- Reporting to the relevant authorities
Entries must be made for personal use only.
Hun Competitions Ltd reserves the right to restrict or refuse entries where it reasonably believes participation is being conducted on a commercial, automated or syndicate basis.
14. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.
By using the platform and entering Competitions, entrants agree that Hun Competitions Ltd may:
- collect, store and process personal data to administer Competitions and operate services
- use data to personalise user experience, including tailored competitions, offers and content
- use data for marketing purposes, including email, SMS and digital advertising
- share data with carefully selected third parties for marketing, analytics and business development purposes
- transfer or share data as part of a business sale, merger, acquisition or investment process
14.1 Incentivised Data & Profile Information
From time to time, Hun Competitions Ltd may offer entrants the opportunity to provide additional personal, demographic or preference-based information in exchange for site credit, bonus entries or other promotional incentives.
This may include (but is not limited to):
- household composition
- lifestyle preferences
- shopping habits
- income brackets
- brand interests
Participation in such activities is entirely optional.
By choosing to provide this information, entrants agree that:
- the information provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge
- the data may be used to build enhanced user profiles
- such profiles may be used for targeted marketing, audience segmentation and commercial partnerships
14.2 Data Use & Commercial Partners
Entrants acknowledge that Hun Competitions Ltd may:

- share data (in aggregated, anonymised or, where consent is provided, identifiable form) with selected third parties
- use insights derived from user data to improve commercial performance and develop partnerships
14.3 Aggregated & Analytical Data

- performance analysis
- audience insights
- campaign optimisation
- commercial reporting
14.4 Data Security
Hun Competitions Ltd will take all reasonable steps to ensure personal data is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable laws.

15. Liability
Hun Competitions Ltd is not responsible for:
- failed, incomplete or delayed entries
- payment processing errors or delays
- technical issues, system failures or platform downtime
- loss of entries due to connectivity, software or device issues
- unauthorised access to user accounts where login details have not been kept secure
Hun Competitions Ltd is not liable for:
- any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from participation in any Competition
- any loss of opportunity, expectation or potential winnings
- any reliance placed on the outcome of a Competition
15.1 Third-Party Prizes & Suppliers
Where prizes are provided by third-party suppliers:
- Hun Competitions Ltd makes no guarantees regarding the condition, quality or ongoing availability of such prizes
- Hun Competitions Ltd is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers
15.2 User Responsibility
Entrants are responsible for:
- their decision to participate in Competitions
- ensuring they understand the nature of the Competition before entering
- managing their own participation and spending
Hun Competitions Ltd does not accept liability for:
- excessive or unintended participation
- entries made under the influence of alcohol or other factors affecting judgement
15.3 Platform & Availability
Hun Competitions Ltd does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and may:
- suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates or security reasons
- experience downtime or delays beyond its control
15.4 Legal Limitation
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
16. Payment Authorisation & Account Responsibility
All entries must be made using payment methods that the entrant is authorised to use.
By submitting an entry, you confirm that:
- you are the authorised holder of the payment method used, or
- you have obtained permission from the authorised holder
Entrants are responsible for:
- all activity carried out on their account
- maintaining the security of their account login details
- ensuring that access to their account is restricted
Hun Competitions Ltd will not be liable for:
- unauthorised use of an entrant’s account
- entries made by third parties with access to the entrant’s account or payment details
- entries made in error where account access has not been properly secured
If unauthorised use is suspected, entrants must notify Hun Competitions Ltd immediately.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on our platform.
Continued use of Hun Competitions Ltd constitutes acceptance of any updates.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the entrant and Hun Competitions Ltd in relation to Competitions and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
